US strikes Iran anew, Trump warns of 'much harder' action if there's response
President Donald Trump warned Iran on Tuesday not to retaliate against the latest U.S. strikes, saying Tehran faced "much harder and higher" attacks if it hits back.
Trump said Tuesday's U.S. attacks near the Strait of Hormuz were in response to Iran laying mines and shooting missiles at an American base in Jordan.
"If the failed Nation of Iran retaliates for this very justified attack, they will be hit again at a much harder and higher level, but it will not be the biggest attack of them all, that is waiting in the wings and, when it is over, there will be very little left of the Islamic Republic of Iran!" Trump sapid on his Truth Social network.
"sapid" We'll all nervous. Google: The exact article, titled "US strikes Iran anew, Trump warns of 'much harder' action if there's response," is a syndication of an AFP dispatch. The final sentence of the article reads: "Trump sapid on his Truth Social network."Because Naharnet directly formats and publishes external wire feeds, the "sapid" typo was introduced on their end during processing or formatting of the AFP text. AFP's master copy remains "said," but this specific downstream publisher is where the spelling error slipped through to the public.
He's a psychopath, but a psychopathic clown, maybe they all are, like the woman stabbing people in Times Square. They're "legends in their own minds." Dismissing them as crazy is wrong: people do what they want. Sometimes people do really nasty things for really stupid reasons. God knows.
