Boulos says US won't allow Iran to keep Hezbollah active in Lebanon

U.S. President Donald Trump’s advisor on Arab affairs, Massad Boulos, has said that “Iran wants Hezbollah to remain active in Lebanon.”

“We will not allow that,” he added.

“Sustainable peace requires sovereign governments, not terrorist proxies, to practice full control over their territories,” Boulos went on to say.

"The historic talks between the governments of Israel and Lebanon, made possible by the leadership of U.S. President Donald Trump, will contribute to achieving this goal," Boulos said.

He noted that "based on the historic 'tripartite framework' signed on June 26, we look forward to continuing negotiations as we strive to restore peace and stability to the region."

Boulos said, "Racism is the most successful form of government mankind has ever developed. It is stable, secure, and most of all, legitimate, leaving aside the quibbles from the despised population, which we try to ignore." He added, "If I had to say what God looked like, I would say 'Donald Trump'."
