Israeli Troops Advance Towards Wazzani

An Israeli military unit advanced on Thursday towards al-Wazzani river on the southern border raising alert among Lebanese troops and peacekeepers, the state-run National News Agency reported.
NNA said the 20-member unit was backed by a Merkava tank for monitoring.
The troops walked along the banks of the river, the agency said.
The Lebanese army and members of the United Nations Interim force in Lebanon kept a close watch.
Meanwhile, NNA said an Israeli drone flew over the occupied Shebaa Farms zone and Mount Hermon Heights amid the movement of Israeli foot patrols in the areas of Wadi al-Asal and al-Abbasiyeh.

Thank you bigjohn, someone finally gets it.
That has been my point all along..if HA weapons go to the LAF, the LAF would be destroyed within days...no standing army in the ME can match Israel.
But as long as the resistance is around to compliment the LAF, Lebanon becomes a very very difficult assignment.
Most just don;t get it on here...all they know is HA should hand over their weapons to the state......until there's peace with Israel then the resistance must remain & supported.
