اشتباكات بين الجيش السوري وسكان عرسال إثر مقتل أحد أبناء البلدة

قتل لبناني واصيب اثنان آخران بجروح الاربعاء في اطلاق نار من جنود سوريين في بلدة عرسال الحدودية.
ودارت اشتباكات بين جنود سوريين وسكان بلدة عرسال الحدودية، بحسب ما افاد مصدر امني وكالة فرانس برس.
واوضح المصدر ان القذائف الصاروخية والاسلحة الرشاشة تستخدم في الاشتباكات الجارية في منطقة خربة داوود التابعة لعرسال.
وافاد مسؤول محلي في بلدة عرسال رافضا الكشف عن اسمه، ان الاشتباكات تاتي على خلفية مقتل شاب وجرح ثلاثة آخرين فجرا في المنطقة نفسها على يد الجيش السوري. وتجري الاشتباكات في منطقة جبلية وعرة بعيدة عن التجمع السكني في البلدة.
واوضح ان "اهالي عرسال يحاولون استعادة جثة الشاب من القوة السورية التي دخلت جرود عرسال".
وتدخل الجيش اللبناني وسير دوريات في المنطقة واقام نقاطا شرق بلدة عرسال في المنطقة الفاصلة لضبط الوضع الامني. ويسود المنطقة الآن هدوء حذر.
وكان رئيس بلدية عرسال علي الحجيري افاد في وقت سابق في اتصال مع وكالة "فرانس برس" ان "الجيش السوري اطلق النار على مجموعة اشخاص في منطقة خربة داوود في عرسال ما ادى الى مقتل شخص تم سحب جثته الى الاراضي السورية واصابة اثنين آخرين بجروح تم نقلهما الى المستشفى".
واوضح الحجيري ان الجنود السوريين كانوا داخل الاراضي اللبنانية، وان الحادث وقع قرابة الثالثة فجرا.
واوضحت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام ان اللبنانيين الثلاثة تعرضوا لاطلاق النار "أثناء محاولتهم دخول سوريا عبر منطقة جبلية في خربة داود - خراج بلدة عرسال".
وذكر تلفزيون "المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال" ان اللبنانيين الثلاثة كانوا يقومون باعمال تهريب، من دون ان تشير الى ما كانوا يهربونه بالتحديد.
وكانت القوات السورية النظامية اعتقلت الثلاثاء اللبناني خالد الموسى (32 عاما) في منطقة حدودية مع سوريا في الشمال.
وتضاربت التقارير حول ما اذا كان تم اعتراضه داخل الاراضي اللبنانية او السورية.
وقالت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام ان "عناصر من الهجانة السورية (حرس الحدود) اقدموا على احتجازه" من منزله الكائن على مجرى النهر الكبير في قرية خط البترول في وادي خالد اللبنانية.
في المقابل، افاد احد اعيان المنطقة ان الموسى "اعتقل داخل الاراضي السورية" بعد ان "اجتاز مجرى النهر الكبير الحدودي بين البلدين".
واعتقلت القوات السورية خلال الاسابيع الاخيرة عددا من المواطنين اللبنانيين من مناطق لبنانية حدودية، افرج عن بعضهم لاحقا. وتثير هذه الحوادث توترا في اوساط الشرائح الشعبية المناهضة للنظام السوري في لبنان.

Smuggling of arms has always existed in the country and in the north otherwise how are all these armed groups including Hizbullah are getting their weapons...now that the smuggling is against Syria's interest it became an issue...We either have a proper country where smuggling of arms is prohibited and stopped by the Lebanese state or we have we have what we have now...Mazraaa!!

Mowaten my friend this consent although nothing was official, does not reflect all (or the decisive majority) of the Lebanese people's will so there no justification in what you said. More importantly ,since I don't support M14 nor M8, we will never be able to build a country until we start following the rules of building a country... consolidation of arms under the state's control is one of the pillars of having a real country...whoever tells you otherwise is finding justifications for their own cause.

Mowaten ... the implicit consent by successive Lebanese Governments you refer to (except for the current one which is by Hezb for Hezb) was extracted by intimadation occupation of Downtown Beirut for years, and threatening civil peace. It wass blackmail my friend not consent. The same blackmail that resulted in Mr. Berri keeping his Job and Emile Lahoud staying in Baabda and the Qatar agreement, the subsequent toppling of that Government, and the creation of the current Government. @ Everybody, you argue about march14thh and march8th, why dont we all agree our borders with everybody must be protected and we must retaliate against syrians and israelis if attacked? What is happening on our borders with Syria is not just smuggling, but also " te7chir " with the lebanese in order to drag us into their civil war. Bachar El Assad has more supporters in Lebanon than in Syria right now. Lets not talk about Israelis as well. I mean please can you stop blaming each other for working with foreigners? and specially israelis? It is a fact whether you like it or not, whether you supported the party i will name now or not, they all worked with the Israelis : Kataeb, LF, Amal ( Wars of camps ), Druze ( Mountain war), Sunnites as well. Everybody worked then as well with syrians whether now or before. Sorry to say but all are double agents or were. The funny part is some blame others for working with israelis while they did that as well, and vice versa with the syrians

One thing for sure we must agree that our borders are beeing breached every day by israelis ( by air ) and syrians( by grounds). Sorry but we must not just condemn or shut up, we must do everything we can to stop them. There is no state if it cannot protect its citizens, this is what is happening in lebanon right now. people are losing patience and hope and are arming themselves and retaliating in self-defense. Whether there was smuggling or not on the syrian-Lebanese borders, it is up to THE LEBANESE ARMY to arrest its bad citizens and to do the necessary, not for the syrians to shoot them or arrest them....

Yes Skyfall. I, and many other Lebanese citizens consider that Hezbollah have no more legitimacy and no more need to hold their weapons anymore. They have regrouped beyond the Litani river and cannot be a threat or threaten Israel anymore. plus the UN peace keepers are deployed and I am sure that Israel have no territorial claims over us.
The Shebaa farms is not a problem with Israel as long as it has not been sorted out with Syria...and of course, Syria keeps this a grey area (despise the fact that all international maps have shown their belonging to Syria) in order to justify Heb's weapons.
