"تحالفات غير معلنة" تفشل مجددا الإتفاق على خطة الكهرباء "المكلفة"

لم يتوصل الإجتماع الوزاري الذي عقد الإثنين إلى إتفاق نهائي على خطة الكهرباء المقدمة من قبل وزير الطاقة والمياه جبران باسيل والتي تقضي بإعطاء مليار و200 مليون دولار لشراء 700 ميغاوات كهرباء.
وقالت مصادر وزارية لـ"LBC" أن "لا موافقة على خطة من 4 مراحل تكلف الدولة 5 مليار دولار ما لم تكن مبكلة قانونيا وإدرايا".
كما أشارت مصادر وزارية لـ"MTV" إلى أنه المستبعد أن يقر ملف الكهرباء في جلسة بيت الدين غدا الثلثاء والأسباب غير المعلنة هي تحالف وزراء ميقاتي وسليمان وجنبلاط وبري لضمان كل الضوابط الأساسية لإقرار هذا المشروع.
يشار إلى أن وزير الإعلام بالوكالة وائل أبو فاعور لفت بعد الجلسة إلى أن "النقاش الذي حصل كان تقنيا علميا منزها عن أي خلفية سياسية أو أي حساب سياسي، وتركز على عدد من القضايا والخيارات والموارد التي سيتم اعتمادها في خطة الكهرباء".
ولاحظ أبو فاعور أن "النقطة الاهم التي تم التركيز عليها فهي التي وردت على لسان وزير الطاقة وأعتبر شخصيا أنها تشفي غليلا من الأسئلة التي ستطرح لاحقا، فهي أن دور مجلس الوزراء هو دور حاسم في اي خطة مستقبلية وهناك التزام كامل بالقوانين المرعية الاجراء في هذا الاطار".
وأضاف أبو فاعور أن "هذه القضية تعود الى مجلس الوزراء والامر لم يكن محل جدل او نقاش، هذا ما قاله الوزير باسيل حرفيا إنه يجب العودة الى مجلس الوزراء في اي امر، لأنه هكذا هي القوانين وموازنة عام 2010، وهذا الامر غير خاضع للجدل او للنقاش".
وسألت الـ"LBC" في هذا الصدد عن موقف رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون الثلثاء بعد اجتماع التكتل.
يشار إلى أنه في المرة الأولى عند سقوط المشروع في مجلس النواب هدد عون الذي قدم بنفسه هذا الإقتراح بالإستقالة من الحكومة مذكرا حلفائه أنه وقف معهم "في أمور كثيرة" مضيفا :"بزة المولاة ضيقة علينا وقد تتمزق في أي وقت وهي تتمزق الآن".

Who will leave the alliance first? Aoun or Jumblatt.
If part of the package did not include Shia paying for electricity then it is good it didn't pass or it would just be more debt added to the debt already there. Until they pay they will continue bankrupting the country.
